Instructions
Gather cream cheese and butter, softened. Whip in a bowl until well combined.
Add sugar and combine.
If you do not have silicone molds, spoon little saucers of creme filling onto parchment paper or plate and put in freezer. This will be to dip into chocolate later.
Next, start chocolate shell by melting chocolate and coconut oil in double boiler.
If using silicone molds, partially fill molds with chocolate, then scoop small chunk of creme into mold. Top off with melted chocolate, like you're making a peppermint creme burger.
If not using silicone molds, remove cremes once they are cold enough, shape into saucer shape, and dip into chocolate.
