A copycat of Trader Joe's Snacky Clusters, and Nissin's Choco Flakes

Ingredients
      Chocolate Snacky Clusters
Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler

  2. While chocolate melts, crush the tortilla chips and pringles into medium-sized bits

  3. After chocolate has fully melted, add the chip bits into the chocolate bowl and mix until fully covered. You can add in TJ's Sea Salt Caramel chips as I did at this step, or other add-ins like nuts or pretzels

  4. Add the mixture to a bowl, sprinkle on some Maldon salt (optional), and let refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!

I wanted to re-create the delicious Trader Joe’s Snacky Clusters snack. They’re deliciously filled with salty potato chips, corn chip dippers, and mini pretzel nuggets.

It ended up being more like the Nissin brand’s Choco Flakes snack, a popular Japanese snack made of corn flakes covered in chocolate, but I’m not complaining.

You can double the chocolate in this recipe to make it more like the Snacky Clusters.
